their own consultancies but who work with Wordcom to satisfy a specific client
need. All are members or fellows of the
Institute of Management Consultancy
or similar professional body. They are thus bound by their professional
membership and by their specific contract with Wordcom Associates. The

Peter Ranft MA(Oxon)
Formerly with Sundridge Park Mgt College Peter specialises in sales management
and major account development for such as Philips, Lucas and CMG. He has run
relationship management programs for major banks and within the IT sector.
Formerly with Unilever, Ken specialises in management development, including
sales, negotiation and sales team building. He acted as technical adviser to
Video Arts for several training videos. He has also developed a reputation in
the area of crisis management.
Carol Harris BSc FIMC FIPD
Formerly Director of Personnel for the Arts Council of Great Britain, Carol has
extensive experience in HR management, communications, occupational health and
counselling, mentoring and therapy. She has lectured for the Open Business
School, the Civil Service College and is editor of the NLP association journal.
Pat Murray MA FIPD MIMC
Formerly head of training for British Airways Pat specialises in all aspects of
leadership and people management, communications, recruitment and team
building. She is accredited in many personality indicators and provides
consultancy to London University.
Alan Weaver BSc MBA DipBS MIMC
After a career in marketing and business development in the computer industry,
Alan became a leading consultant with the Economist. Now he specialises in
marketing and business development. He has published extensively and created a
range of innovative software.
Agar-Hutton FFA, MIAP, MICM
Robert is a trained accountant and IT consultant. He has much experience in
systems analysis and project management but increasingly has chosen to work at
a corporate and personal level in the areas of motivation, stress management,
handling conflict and Personal development. He is also a qualified
practitioner and instructor of both Tai Chi and Karate.
Parker BA MIPD
Eric held several senior sales manager and director positions with blue chip
companies before establishing his reputation as a sales trainer and consultant.
He has worked through a number of major training groups and management
development colleges. He has trained many thousands of participants from most
of the major organisations in the country.
Our approach is that, after discussions with a client, the
associates considered to be the best to conduct an assignment would be selected
and presented to the client for their consideration and approval. At this point
